Chiara Vitellozzi

Born in 1983, in a small town on the Tuscan coast, Chiara V. has developed a passion for photography since the purchase of her first Nikon DSLR camera in 2006. Photography has since then been a considerable part of her life, along with her architecture studies. Chiara's photography -consisting mainly of portraiture, both candid and staged- is her personal path to investigate the emotive side of reality and of the people around her. Her style revolves essentially around natural lighting as a tool and the use of black and white.

Features and exhibitions:

2006 – “Il fotografo” (Italian photography magazine) published two of her pictures within two different photography contests.

2007 – two of her pictures were exhibited at the 3rd wedding fair Exposposi, organised by Promolucca in association with MaxArtis.

2008 – MaxArtis selected one of her pictures for its 7th exhibition, called “Tutti i colori del mondo” (All colours of the world) which was held in Mantova, Italy.
